The portrait of Tobias Wong
Last year, died just 35 years (13,138 days), the Canadian artist and designer Tobias Wong, To remember his friend and artist Frederick McSwain has created his own portrait using just 13,138 mega commonest dice. The work was exhibited during the exhibition dedicated to Wong entitled BrokenOff BrokenOff held at Gallery R’Pure New York in the NY Design Week.
The nuts have been meticulously organized into individual sheets from 361 pieces and then reassembled on the floor of the gallery without adhesive backing.
